Here lately I have been on a pin-up kick. I am not a real pin-up model, but I like to feel like one...doesn't everyone? I found this cute tank top at Goodwill, and I knew that it had to be a pin-up shirt for sure...and then I found the Collin Stewart heels, and it was a destined pin-up look. I have been trying to learn some new ways to do pin-up makeup..I am no good at doing makeup on my own..I need someone to show me!

Hello everyone! Did you miss me? I was MIA for a week. I have been stuck in a rut..so I wasn't feeling it last week. Blogging is supposed to be a fun thing..not something that you feel that you have to do, so I felt like I needed a week away. I got this sweet handmade 50's dress from Ebay about a month ago now, and I finally decided that it was time to show it off. I am not sure that I have loved another 50's pink dress more then I love this one...so I paid the extra cost for it.. because it is a keeper. I finally got to do my daughter's 5th birthday pictures, and her birthday was April 1st. The weather never cooperates on her "birthday", so I usually have to wait to take her birthday pictures. My daughter is not an "easy" model to work with at all, and it is usually like pulling teeth to get her to even take a picture. So, here are some of Emily's pictures!

I found another pair of these cat shoes on Ebay! these are black and I love them. Cat shoes are not for everyone, but they are for me and my fun sense of style. If I lived in Japan I would be in! I think people look at me strange here like why does this crazy cat lady have cats on her shoes! guess what..I love them..and I don't care! I wore this on Monday when I took my daughter to school and all of the little kids kept coming up to me pointing at my shoes..lol I wasn't sure if that was a compliment or not! ha, ha. I am a kid at heart and that's okay.

Today I had to take my son for shots :( I don't know about you, but I put them off as long as I can, I hate them, and I cry when they poke my son. He was bigger then me! He did not cry at all and he got two of them! I cried for him...and all he said was "mommy hold me, ouchie" ahh breaks my heart! I love that little boy too much!
