Hello dears..I hope that you all had a good weekend. I went out Saturday and did pictures for the week, and spent Sunday hand sewing my costume together. I am almost done with my costume..yay! This is the first year that I have made my own costume. All I need to do now is figure out how I am going to do my makeup and find a wig. I am keeping my idea a secret for now, but I will share some pics to see if anyone has any ideas of what I am going to be..How about you guys..what are you going to be this year? Anyone making their own costumes? I have a Halloween party every year..so I really get into decorating and dressing up. Did I mention that it gives me a reason to have fun and dress-up..lol So, for today over at Two Birds..there inspiration is Rachel Bilson. I wanted to do a bright fun sweater instead of a sweater like she used...what do you think?
American Eagle jacket: $6.00 from Plato's Closet
Express sweater: $2.00 from Salvation Army
Inked and Distress jeans: $6.00 from Salvation Army
Mossimo shoes: $2.00 from salvation Army
Necklace: $9.99 from Goodwill
Total look: $25.99
And the inspiration:
Here are some of the goodies that I have picked out for my costume..any guesses at what I am going to be?
Today I am linking up with:
I like your amazing hair color.*_*

I like your outfit better than the inspiration look. I love your hair, too! I'm a first time visitor through Visible Monday, and I love that you list the price of each item and where you got it. I love thrift shopping, and I'm glad that it's becoming so popular.
