I't Don't Mean A Thing If It Ain't Got That Swing..

Hello lovelies..I don't have a thrifty find posting for half off day because I lost $125.00..so there went my money for the week..makes me sick. Anyway, this is my 50's look here..I love it hot pink, black, and white my favs! can't go wrong with that. Have I mentioned how much I love the 50's? I often times think that I was born in the wrong era..I love all of the class in the clothes, as well as all of the glamour. As a young girl, I always watched the old t.v shows wondering if families were really like that back then.
I really wanted some cat eye glasses for this shoot, but I didn't have any! I bought some old vintage 50's frames off of ebay, but I need to have my own lenses put in them. Once I have those ready they will be fun to wear every now and then. I don't know about all of you, but we have had gorgeous weather here in Ohio this week..but it will be slowly coming to an end just in time for my party...lol. I am loving and enjoying this 75 degree weather for as long as I can!

Have a great day everyone..Thanks for stopping by.

  2. Heather Lady! I was taken by your darling outfit that when I got to bottom wondered where your thrift break down was (none). So I zipped up to the top and saw the top paragraph as was SOOOOO SADDDD that you lost $125!!! Oh, darn! Double darn! That was not fun, I am sure. I am excited for your Halloween party outfit! Yay! Halloween!

  12. Did you find your money? Oh my gosh. When I was young (thirty years ago) I lost my purse that had our large tax refund check in it. I was mortified. But I found my purse strapped over a chair that had a coat on top. Losing funds is NOT FUN!

  18. Heather I would be sick over this since money is not that easy to come by sometimes, extra money and thrift money anyway. So sorry girl. Your love for the 50's is totally suited for you. I could see you in a 50's sitcom as the sexy bombshell. Love this combo...dawn
